THEME: Maximising market and technological opportunities in oils and fats

The conference at OFI Turkey 2010 will bring together international experts in oils and fats who will highlight major trade, market and technological developments occurring globally and in Turkey, the Middle East and Southwest Asia.
 
Morning commercial sessions will feature respected keynote speakers who will share their views on market developments; new export opportunities; the impact of biofuels; supply and demand trends and pricing forecasts; and give detailed analysis of evolving markets in Turkey, the Middle East and Southwest Asian countries.
 
Technical afternoon sessions will highlight advances in oilseed crushing, refining, processing and end product applications.
